Website and quotations

This website is operated by MedQ Medical Supplies (Pty) Ltd. Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may change. A formal MedQ quotation is the authoritative confirmation of the product, quantity, price, VAT, availability, lead time, delivery charge and any special conditions applicable to an order.

Pricing and VAT

Unless stated otherwise, website prices exclude VAT. Final pricing and VAT are confirmed on the written quotation. Quotations are generally valid for the period stated on the quotation.

Orders and availability

Submitting an enquiry, product list or quotation request does not by itself create a binding sale. An order proceeds once MedQ accepts the order and applicable payment or account conditions are satisfied. Stock and supplier availability can change before acceptance.

Delivery

Delivery charges and lead times are confirmed on the quotation. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African law.

Product information

Customers must check specification, pack size, compatibility and suitability before ordering. Where MedQ has not verified a specification, MedQ may request or provide a manufacturer datasheet before supply.

Limitation and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by South African law.
