Where we deliver

MedQ delivers nationwide within South Africa. Collection from Johannesburg is available by arrangement.

Delivery charges

Delivery is confirmed per order and may depend on destination, weight, volume, hazardous-goods requirements, bulky-item handling and the number of delivery points. Any delivery charge is shown on the quotation before the order is accepted.

Lead times

Lead times vary by product, quantity and delivery location. MedQ confirms lead time in writing on the quotation. If your order is tied to a tender deadline, stock-out, project date or facility opening, include the required date with your enquiry.

Information needed for delivery

• Physical delivery address.
• Receiving contact name and telephone number.
• Receiving hours and access requirements.
• Off-loading requirements for bulky goods.

On delivery

Check the goods against the delivery note before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note and contact MedQ promptly so any carrier claim can be raised within the applicable time window.
