The Rossmax PF120C is a lightweight and portable, high quality peak flow meter designed specifically for children. It measures the peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) which is how quickly you exhale. If you have a low rate, it can indicate problems like asthma, or worsening lung disease. By having a peak flow meter, it can be used to monitor your PEFRs which is very important when managing these problems.

Similar to its adult counterpart, (PF120A), the Child Peak Flow Meter comes complete with easy read numbers and colour coded indicators, as well as a built-in 3-zone management system which ensures accuracy. The measurement range of the device is 50-400 L/min, suitable for measuring the peak expiratory flow rate of a child. The Rossmax Peak Flow meter can be used with a disposable mouthpiece and can be washed for repeated use.

By keeping track of your PEFR at a young age is crucial to ensure the right steps are taken to maintain a good PEFR.
